The venue was the Lions Quay Hotel and MEC put on a private exhibition of some of their range of electric and diesel scissor lifts. Martin Davies the UK Director and Jim Tolle, President of World
Sales hosted a great meeting and presentation.

The MEC ranges' benefits include basic simple engineering designed specifically to stand the rigours of the rental world. Many of the parts can be sourced locally. Computers are kept to a minimum and machines across the range share common parts. The powder coated paint finish
thickness exceeds their competitors and gives machines almost a plastic coated look.

The Link meeting got through a wide agenda of subjects including discussions of new membership applications which will be announced once the fine detail is sorted."
